Daily Duties at Markit:

 Responsible for client support globally for 23 product lines; receiving, evaluating, and resolving client service issues in a timely fashion.  Identified technical issues and escalated calls as needed to the appropriate Level 2 Support.  Assisted with special projects with Product groups ex. Markit Hub and Connex reconciliations and database clean-up.  Responsible for User Management for the Markit Client Site (MCS) Products.  Participated in product calls and recommend changes and development.  Responsible for processing documentation and testing, set up user guide training on product specific support protocols and procedures.
