Daily Duties at Etech Global Services :
• Directly supervise leaders/teams on the Apple C2C & AT&T/Voice Campaigns • Serve as Account Leader in the event of their absence • Liaison between Client and Operations to ensure all deliverables are met and or exceeded • Cross Manage over 10 teams with effective communication and development of training programs for the Apple Campaign • Coach and develop a team of agents/representatives to achieve performance objectives • Establish protocols to maintain performance, increase morale, decrease attrition, and increase employee retention • Champion for team growth and process improvement • Lead QA initiatives to research better chat quality by improving processes and creating self checking audits • Exceeded expectations and lead Sales/CS teams to achieve performance goals • Administer Performance Management Processes to develop agent performance and behavior • Supervise daily activity of team by monitoring, coaching, and developing leaders/agents to ensure quality and follow compliance guidelines • Seek and act on personal coaching and feedback, taking an active role in performance planning and goal setting • Responsibilities include hiring, monitoring, coaching, and developing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints, resolving issues, and developing effective solutions
