Designed sequence of operations and specified procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance. Incorporated inspection and test requirements into the production plan. Monitored production performance to verify existing process efficiency and opportunity for enhancements, and investigated and initiated corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality. Provided producability guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques. Ensured processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations. Provide Manufacturing Engineering support services to Assembly and Test Technicians. Support required hardware anomaly investigation and resolution and defined / documented necessary rework operations. Supports Program Management team in developing and reporting program status to the customer.
