Daily Duties at Lsg Sky Chefs:
Overall operation responsibility by providing strategic direction and leadership with full P&L responsibility for financial, customer and employee goals, comprised of three (3) operating catering unit 2 Seattle and 1 Portland combined revenue of ~$52.5 M and more than 400 hourly union employees 75 management and administration none union employees serving 27 international and domestic airlines customers. Achieve annual financial , customer and employee goals Lead the implementation of company business plan Create objectives and goals to meet company vision and strategic goals Oversee the application of best practice ,lean six sigma and continuous improvements Assess present and future needs, trends, problem and opportunities Review and appraise the results of the activities within each customer service center, coach appropriate corrective action Stabilized business unit loss of customer through aggressive ,personal customer outreach Establish long and short term goals including budget and forecast to ensue effective operation and optimum profitability Ensure that all employees under my operational control comply with all customer, government, corporate policy and procedures (FDA,USDA,HACCP,OSHA and Customs Bonded) Coach and develop staff , act as role model leader Lead operation and talent review with Senior Management Responsible for 12 operations department Measurements; Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Financial Productivity Food cost & other product costs (DOH) days on hand Quality score (GQS) Frequency and Severity of work accident Absenteeism rate Staff turn over 360 degree feedback People development/ succession planning GPS- System/ Performance Management Process Retention
