Daily Duties at Gmac Mortgage:
Analyzed mark-to-market valuations for hedging products for market positioning. Developed analytical approaches to solving unique structural issues caused by market changes and interact with banking counterparts as part of financial project teams. Prepare daily reports for hedge carry that monitors the derivative positions within the company portfolio. Provide direct support to senior management team and hedging desk on a wide range of issues including revolving credit facility negotiations, conduit comparisons and implementation of ISDA agreements. Work with hedging desk to implement strategies to prepare for changing market conditions using derivative instruments caps, floors, futures and swaps.
