As a member of Team Damis, I specialize in securing clients that are selling or purchasing commercial properties in the state of Pennsylvania. I oversee all aspects of the sales process from researching and finding a building and negotiating a final sale price for the buying client to creating and implementing a marketing strategy that in includes a competitive market price through research and analysis for the selling clients. As a team member I work successfully with six other team members, researching, analyzing and creating new and innovative sales strategies to meet our clients’ needs.
