Daily Duties at Prime Care Technologies:

Directed over 75 Engineers and Support staff who provide technical support for more than 30,000 users spanning more than 100 Active Directory Domains and Exchange Messaging solutions in Cloud environment. Large scale VMware environment with dozens of EMC SAN’s and more than 1000 Servers, including Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, Citrix XenApp, Cerner, EPIC, Allscripts, Siemens, McKesson and more than forty additional medical practice applications. Directly oversee a large team of Systems Engineers, Network Engineers, Application Engineers, Developers, Professional Services and Help Desk teams.  Built large scale Cloud environment for Managed Service Provider with Active Directory, Exchange messaging and more than forty hosted medical EHR and EMR applications hosted in Tier 3+ Data Center with maximum resiliency for high availability.  Required to maintain all HIPAA Compliance and HITECT Act requirements for clients.  Support more than 1,000 Servers, 20,000 workstations and 30,000 users.  Created the first 3 year technology roadmap for Prime Care Technologies infrastructure.  Directed 75 member staff of Engineers, Professional Services and Help Desk teams.  Created first Project Management Office and Change Control Board for MS Provider.  Managed contracts for compliance of all software licenses for Microsoft, VMware, etc…  Involved in daily implementations for legacy application upgrades to new environments largely based on .NET Application Framework foundations.  Directed and supported 11 member Development team and responsible for maintaining four separate environments for development, QA, staging and production  Performed Account Management for several large clients and managed many PMO external projects for upgrading infrastructures, systems implementations and applications upgrades.  Routine Data Center relocations, migrations and consolidations for clients into our Tier 3+ Data Center at QTS.
