Fluor Work Values

Daily Duties at Fluor:

Responsible for all aspects of invoice validation and reconciliation for 38 contracts with a total awarded value of approximately 3.6 billion dollars to include labor contracts employing approximately 16,000 personnel. Effectively lead team of up to 31 employees covering 2 continents. Meticulously review Invoice and Request For Proposal (RFP) packages to ensure compliance with all applicable internal policies and external regulations with respect to contractor payment. Astutely track contract financials and deliverables in order to accurately forecast and accrue liabilities. Work with end users and contractors to ensure compliance and reporting accuracy of contracted services.
