Daily Duties at Sony Electronics:
Hired to develop and implement CRM within Sony Electronics. Designed and developed Sony Electronics' CRM infrastructure: data warehouse, e-commerce, direct to consumer fulfillment, customer service, telesales, customer analytics and retail operations. Directed building, implementing and maintenance of CRM programs, database and best practices. Led development of campaign platform software. Managed a budget of $13M and a staff of 6 employees. Developed a customer analytics and forecasting group and set off to understand the customer as never before within Sony Electronics. Developed a customer segmentation and a communications strategy that allowed Sony to interact directly with their consumers.
