Daily Duties at Cricket Communications:
Promoted to General Manager and given additional responsibilities: customer care, retention marketing, CRM and social media. Continued to be responsible for all online marketing, e-commerce and telesales for Cricket. Staff expanded to 65 employees. Total departmental budgets equaled to $150M. Consolidated 9 call centers internationally to 6. Converted the existing customer care culture from one of a managed cost center to a customer care mindset. Combined retention marketing group and customer care into one retention based organization. Within the first 18 months decreased calls/subscriber by more than 60% and costs decreased from $91M/yr to $42M/yr while CSAT metrics more than doubled.
