Daily Duties at Siroca Projects:

Served as a key legal advisor to the executive management on a wide range of critical legal issues related to corporate governance and laboratory procurement matters. Ensured safety of key business transactions, such as purchase of expensive laboratory equipment and acquisition of laboratories in Russia. Advised executive management of the legal risks associated with such transactions. Drafted, reviewed, and negotiated various types of critical agreements. Managed corporate governance and records, drew up resolutions, POAs, and minutes of annual board meetings. Ensured continuous business activities obtaining state licenses and state certificate of accreditation. Reported directly to general director. Supervised two legal assistants.
