Some things that I did on a daily basis were: -Organize file cabinets and also check to make sure every information in each file was accurate. I also purged irrelevant/ old information that was not needed anymore. I participated in department meetings on a weekly basis to update my boss about the progress of any project I was working on and how soon i would be able to get to the next project. I worked on the department's salesforce account where I updated information and deleted duplicates. I worked with my supervisor on this project and successfully completed it in time for the next project. I also worked with their affiliate office in London by looking up some necessary information, scanning, and emailing it to the office in London. I sent out business emails to the organization's representatives around the world and got feedback from them. I updated member information to be printed in the organization's monthly journal. I wrote up reports about articles/blog posts in regards to healthcare on the internet and also wrote a proposal on how the department could use social media to reach out to their fellow members by giving examples of how other organizations/groups are reaching out to their members. I participated in helping train a representative overseas on the department's new website using join.me. I also participated in a brainstorming session with my team members on how to get the youth in Africa involved with the organization's mission. My team members and myself attended board meetings which talked about the whole department's progress. Each team member wrote a report weekly to be given to the head of the department in terms of the projects we were working on.

What they like about Tmc Youth:

You give high priority to hiring firms with prestige. Market reputation and prestige of a firm may be determined through on-line research, and conversations with individuals working in your target industry. Note that firms "in the public eye" receive a great deal more critical publicity and attention than those operating with more anonymity. So as you assess your employment opportunities, be sure to seek out the positive aspects of the firm's reputation in addition to noting negative publicity the company may have received.
