Daily Duties at General Instruments / Motorola:

Performed functionally and performance testing for new digital settop product lines. Install new hardware and software enhancements features and also repaired digital components for new design concepts. Evaluated new RF tuners and new QAM demodulator chip sets to improve product performance. Produced prototype modification for EPR & PPR settop evaluations. Prepared digital equipment for system testing using RF Impairment system strategies combined with SCTE system test structures and Cable Labs test specifications.
