Daily Duties at Bank Of America:
Managed a senior relationship team responsible for expanding and retaining a business banking portfolio, generating revenue from new and existing clients, and delivering industry leading service. Aligned recruitment and staffing initiatives with organizational revenue goals to a 40-person team covering Nevada and Utah. Directed relationship-focused training in a culturally-diverse market to successfully expand and retain a business banking portfolio to generate revenue from both new and existing clientele. Led team sales and service performance, delivering industry-leading client experiences. Developed and implemented process improvements to resolve operational issues and ensure business success. Accountable for budgeting and management of expenses for a $725MM portfolio covering territory of Nevada and Utah.
