Daily Duties at General Electric Healthcare:
As a Zone Operations Leader responsible to lead projects and commercial initiatives with broad scope and high impact to the growing west zone business (in 13 states, including Hawaii and Alaska) managing 36 business centers, 14 Service Managers, 440 hourly employees. Providing overall strategic leadership and dedicated focus managing $600M P&L, developing process in key areas such as revenue streams growth and diversification, integrate and develop processes to support Install Base analytics and cost drivers across the west zone to target/apply growth programs in the field to maximize operating margins. Collaborate with field leadership teams to drive rigorous operating processes and tools utilization to deliver and improve revenue forecast projections and west zone overall operation excellence.
