Daily Duties at Key Point Credit Union:
responsible for staffing, goals set by VP Credit Services, over seen collectiors responsible for delinquency from 30 to charge off, bankruptcy accounts, Recreational vehicles, HELOC, personal loans,auto loans and mortgage loans. Follow up with accounts assigned to collection agnecies. Negative share collections before charge off. One on ones to further the knowledge of collectors.
