Specialized in legal support of internal transactions and corporate governance of the firm and its subsidiaries and affiliates in multiple jurisdictions (including Russia, UK, Cyprus, Cayman Islands, Delaware, BVI and Seychelles) with access and exposure to confidential information. Acted as a signing authority as required. Most of the time worked independently but in collaboration with others. Reported directly to general counsel.
