Daily Duties at Osi Group:

• Directed international financial processes and reporting for this $5B+ food products processor and supplier offering over 4000 SKUs to McDonalds Corp. and other retail and food service customers in 41 countries. • Managed foreign currency exchange, self-insurance, debt, cash flow, investment, credit, year-end audits, tax compliance and budgeting. • Coordinated year-end audit with foreign operations and prepared all audit papers for the overall Group Level. • Prepared financial statements for quarter-end and year-end closes, and coordinated consolidation of all OSI companies worldwide; consolidated $3.3B global budget. • Prepared all Financial Information at the Group Level for $850M in debt and insured that all debt covenants had been properly calculated. • Entered and recorded Interest Rate Swaps and Foreign Currency Swaps to take advantage of the current low rates of interest and hedge against the volatility of the changing dollar. • Coordinated remaining holding companies to transfer financial information to SAP to insure that all transactions were recorded in a timely manner and allowing for ease of cross-company journal entries. • Ensured that all interest and fees were accurate on a quarterly basis between affiliates and payment to the credit facility note holders. • Audited all information with the self-insurance company insuring compliance with GAAP and all premiums forwarded to the affiliate companies. • Accounted for four international acquisitions in the Australia, the UK and the US; discontinued operations in Australia that increased corporate worth and profitability. • Updated Hyperion consolidation software to include changes in the reporting structure and implemented the domestic companies downloads. • Aided management in securing a world-wide credit facility to enable the free flow of cash across borders that increased cash flow and decreased interest charges by an average of 2.5%. • Coordinated statistical information needed for the McDonald’s Corporation that held 65% of the sales of OSI Group LLC world-wide. • Managed department of 40.
