Daily Duties at Mdrt:

• Controlled $50M budget and led team of 11 while overseeing financial management, accounting, reporting, audits, budgets, investments, building services and technology for both the Association and the Foundation. • Oversaw employee benefits and property / safety issue resolution with insurance companies. • Prepared and executed a full physical inventory for all retail sales in the organization. • Implemented e-Commerce and online application systems for the ease of members. • Switched investment advisory service, reversing deteriorating investment returns. • Prepared financial statements for monthly and quarter-end closes. • Guided change in audit firms to increase internal control. • Staff Liaison to the Financial Advisory Committee.
