Daily Duties at Sephora:
• Office administration: responsible for managing all back-office operations that support the retail sales – sales audit, budget administration, store audit • Store supervision: coordination of non-selling operations within the store • Supply ordering and inventory management, maintaining minimum stock levels in order to fully support the sales operations • Inter-store merchandise exchange within Northwest stores • Cycle counting: ensure that all scheduled product cycle counts are performed in a timely fashion • Return to vendors: ensure that reports are properly completed in a timely fashion as per compliance standards • Conducted orders for events, supplies and managed inventory for the business • Supported stock level with transfers from other stores • Assisted with planning events & in store promotions
