Daily Duties at National Casa Association:
Direct all technologies and methodologies to carry out cost effective and reliable information technology service to fulfill organizational goals. Oversee ongoing improvements to systems, including several proprietary specialized systems and two customer service management (CRM) systems, and new technology initiatives to ensure value is delivered, and alignment with organizational strategic goals is achieved. Supervise all technical staff (local and remote), and manage the technology budget of approximately $300,000 annually.
