Daily Duties at System Automation:
In handle intake of all tickets, and serve as the first level of support for ticket processing and information. If information is not complete or understandable, I contact the client and gather more. I replicate and/or setup their exact environments. I must troubleshoot my own tickets until acceptable client resolution. I assist other customer service reps in troubleshooting their tickets. Occasionally I conduct an internal training.
