Daily Duties at Chase Brexton Health Services:
-Worked with team of 4-5 pharmacists and 4-8 technicians in large retail pharmacy within a community health clinic [400-600 Rx/day 8 hour shift] -Focused on inventory management and drug file accuracy and updates -Maintained several interfaces between HBS pharmacy software system, pharmacy robot, & point-of-sale cash registers -Coordinated with case management department on providing copay assistance to our patients through the distribution of various grant monies -Facilitated drug adherence to HAART regimens for our HIV-positive patients through existing refill scheduling system and coordination with infectious disease providers via access to patients' electronic medical records
