School Counseling Services Rocking Horse Road Center, Room 148 301-230-5466 K-12 Counselor Specialists Rocking Horse Road Center, Room 151 301-230-5466 School counseling services are provided at each elementary, middle and high school within MCPS and are supported by the School Counseling, Residency and International Admissions (SCRIA) staff located in the Rocking Horse Road Center. Our Mission Professional school counselors are leaders who advocate, collaborate, and facilitate individual and system change to ensure every student has the knowledge and skills necessary for academic success and personal growth.
