Daily Duties at Bellamy Management Services Llc:
Provide day-to-day contractual support to AJP-68 Management Team and Program Directorates. Coordinate with other FAA offices (Tech Center) to provide a single-agency approach to sustaining and improving Aviation Weather Group. Assist in performing analysis on the overall organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Participate and support Business Management meetings, quarterly reviews, financial reviews, and forums to promote customer and other internal relations. Support the Business Manager with coordinating and tracking issues, action plans, and resolutions. Act as Financial Point of Contact during absence of the Business Manager. Develop and maintain various forms and templates pertaining to contracts, program tasks, Spend/ Obligation Plans, Procurement Forecast, and version control within AJP. Implement forms and reports to maintain all-year financial tracking of Programs, Contracts, Procurement Requests, Office Budget and expenditures. Maintain program files in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Collect, review, analyze and assemble Procurement Request packages to be process in PRISM. Track BLI funding and procurement request status. Notify Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) and Contracting Officer (CO) with Fund Certified procurement request and provide supporting documents to Legal department. Assist COTR and CO in managing contracts and maintaining accurate contract data (Ceiling, Obligated Funding, Period of Performance, and Point of Contact (POC). Provide accurate and timely financial management, budget and forecasting support, such as, financial reports showing the status of commitments, obligations and expenditures of funds; trend analyses of rates of expenditures and comparisons of actual performance to the financial plan. Extract data for statistical development using government financial management systems, such as DELPHI, PRISM, FMS, and REGIS to maintain financial and contract management database. Assess and analyze Office Budget, Spend Plans, Obligations and Expenditures. Provide weekly, monthly and yearly reports to Director, management team and staff. Assist in development of required contracts, modifications, Interagency Agreement, amendments and related delivery orders pertinent to ordered products and/or services.
