I was the company executive managing all aspects of product developments, negotiations, acquisition and proactively partnering with Venture Capitalists, Investors and Senior Executive management team to align the technology platform with the strategic acquisition strategy. I was responsible to drive the company vision, product roadmap and the development of the software platform using end-to-end J2EE Architecture and Open Source technologies. As the CTO of the company I was responsible to build and manage the revenue stream from the new product and helped closed the first $3MM implementation with Sun Microsystems for the implementation of the iDefend Platform in one of Wall Street’s largest Bank in 2005.
