Daily Duties at Sls Services, Inc.:
Experience establishing, managing, and controlling small business startups including personnel and task management. Should have clear and effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills and extensive computer skills. Capable of managing short-term and long-term projects demands while meeting timelines. Lead executive board meetings, annual shareholder meeting, and maintenance of company documents, articles of incorporation, and filing of annual reports. Proven track record of product sales growth, introduction of new products, market development, and process improvement. Thorough knowledge of business licenses and permits, tax registrations, sales tax, withholding tax, employment taxes, business property taxes. Management of company books in collaboration with CPA, and filing of all required banking documents including Balance sheets, P&L, reconciliation statements, and tax preparation. Knowledge of building permitting, codes and ordinances, general contractor responsibilities, management of construction operations, building upfits, and contractor services.
