Daily Duties at Walgreens:

I open and close the store, do the closing books, prepare the bank deposits, and I am responsible for cash controls within the store. I write daily to do lists and make sure the work is delegated to the employees and follow through during the day to ensure that the projects are being completed. I run the photo department, help out in the pharmacy department and work in the cosmetics department as well. I merchandise the promotional aisles ,endstands, side panels and any other areas within the store where I see an opportunity for sales. I do resets and revisions, order for departments within the store, and control inventory levels within the store. I work the warehouse truck upon delivery. I train new employees on Walgreens policies and procedures and how to do various job duties according to their job description. One of my main responsibilities is to provide unsurpassed customer service which I excel at. I am a people person and I thoroughly enjoy engaging with the customers while serving them. I possess very strong upselling skills that I utilize at every opportunity.
