Co-founded company after identifying lucrative market opportunity during previous role with AT&T. Designed and developed core software to deliver reporting solutions; created full-scope business plan and growth strategies; and identified and reached out to prospective business clients. Managed customer relationships while continuously working to innovate new products based on client needs. Assisted with all aspects of Gwynn Group’s preparations in advance of Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance audit, which the company passed. Key clients included Time Warner, Comcast, Element and American Support.
