Daily Duties at New Horizons Computer Learning Center:
•Spearheaded a new Client Services/Relations Department and implemented more effective and efficient processes and procedures to streamline day to day activities •Sales collections improved significantly on average from 60-120 days to less than 30 effectively reducing A/R •Manage the use of Software Assurance Training Vouchers, Citrix Training Passes and Cisco Learning Credits for NH Enterprise Clients, increasing the company’s annual net sales by over $600K •Recognized as a key player in managing new projects to support organizational needs with business goals to help improve efficiency to both our external and internal customers •Team member responsible for researching CRM solutions to better understand its applications and train the staff to utilize it at full capacity •Hire and train the Client Relations’ Team •Manage Account Executives’ and NH clients’ relationships to ensure the latter’s overall satisfaction •Establish and implement procedures to ensure error-free processes during enrollments
