Daily Duties at Ing Variable Annuities/Equitable Life Of Iowa:
• Builds and manages relationships with Key Distribution channels, agents and key internal contacts to effectively deliver customer propositions. • Serve as an effective leader to continue building a highly effective Marketing & Brand team. • Manages the creation and design of marketing and communications materials targeted by distribution channel. ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Executes producer marketing plan in alignment with the strategies of overall Marketing and Brand initiatives. • Builds and strengthens relationships with key producers and KDP’s in order to win on the basis of customer focus and effectively deliver customer propositions. • Manages integration and connectivity with the Marketing and Brand team to insure alignment of marketing messaging across distribution channels. • Participates as a member of the producer marketing management team providing creative marketing solutions and building effective leadership skills. • Ensures KDP’s and agents receive channel specific information and resources needed to effectively sell our products.
