Daily Duties at Aviva Life And Annuity Company, Aviva Usa:
Build, develop and lead a sales support function capable of providing reactive sales support, competitor intelligence, product support and illustration/case design to internal and external sales staff. Serve as the Sales and Distribution liaison for Aviva USA projects/initiatives impacting the Sales and Distribution organization and/or KDPs and allocates resources accordingly. • Establishes and implements the strategy and operating model for a team of sales support professionals providing support for Aviva USA life and annuity products and services to internal and external sales team and reactive sales support to clients. • Designs and continuously review sales support processes, procedures and practices to ensure efficient and effective use of Sales resources and seamless transition to Insurance Operations to enhance quality and service delivery to our customers. • Establishes the strategy for illustration & case design support, illustration software & web access support. • Creates vision for collecting, analyzing, using and delivering strategic competitor intelligence to support internal and external sales. • Provides the integration point of contact for Sales and Distribution on Aviva projects impacting the Sales and Distribution area and/or KDPs and assigns resources as appropriate. Creates and executes communication plan to keep the Sales Senior Leadership team apprised of project status and impact. • Participates in “Aviva filed related meetings and InFocus training as necessary. • Reviews and drives enhancements to Aviva USA software programs such as Number Cruncher and Crescendo Pro.
