Daily Duties at Capco (The Capital Market Company):
As the Head of the Enterprise Solutions & Architecture Consulting / Managing Principal, I was responsible to build new innovative solutions and drive up customer projects for Fortune 500 Financial Services companies. I was responsible to manage all aspect of the P&L for the new Enterprise Architecture Consulting group that I have built from the ground up and generated close $38MM of revenue and grew to 79 FTEs the first year of its inception in 2010. As the Head of the Enterprise Solutions & Architecture Consulting, I was also responsible to shape, build and industrialize new Solutions Offerings to drive new revenue streams and help Fortune 500 Financial Services companies manage their investment in business-driven technology initiatives in areas such Big Data, Cloud, CRM and Web and Mobile based customer facing and B2B Applications. I provided enterprise thought leadership, organizational vision, hands on consulting and inspiration to the Practice Areas of the organization as well as to the customers. I was positioned as a global trusted and strategic advisor to C-Level executives and key senior stakeholders and responsible to develop and maintain relationships at multiple levels of the customer’s organization, drive revenue & growth, and work closely with enterprise thought leaders in providing, developing and executing Enterprise Architecture strategies and enabling the realization of IT Cost Optimization through the adoption of Cloud Services in the Public/Private/Hybrid Business Models, the Consumeriztaion of IT and managing Enterprise Applications in our Software Defined and Elastic Data Centers.
