Supervision of the outpatient wound/hyperbaric program which included day to day operations ie. financial reports, marketing, evidence based policies/protocols, staff/patient education, ICD/CPT coordination to assure reimbursement, quality assurance, staff management, and physician alliance Presented multiple CEU programs that included skin integrity, wound and ostomy topics for the community and healthcare professionals Coordinated education for physicians, staff, patients and their caregivers in skin/wound treatment according to etiology. Provided educational information on skin/wound/ostomy topics for the facility’s monthly nurse publication paper Coordinated a partnership research project that discussed the relationship between vitamin D and wound healing.
