Established and developed Business Partner Relationship with Century 21 Alliance 5 office locations along with local Builders, Realtors. As guest speaker, conducting informative seminars to assigned the 5 Century 21 Alliances Offices, Local Builders, Real Estate Companies and Consumer Seminars sponsored by the County. Conducted Mortgage Loan Application interviews with consumer preparing to purchase or Refinance a home. Analyzed income, asset and credit worthiness of consumer’s profile. Packaged consumer loan files submitted to Underwriting to comply with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Jumbo, FHA and VA current guidelines. Completed weekly & monthly Regional & Corporate Reports.
