As guest speaker conducting informative seminars to assigned Coldwell Banker offices and Local Real Estate Companies. Conducted Mortgage Loan Application interviews with consumer preparing to purchase or Refinancing a home and analyzed income, assets and credit worthiness of consumer’s profile. Packaged consumer loan files, submitted to Underwriting to comply with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Jumbo, FHA and VA current guidelines. Completed weekly & monthly Regional & Corporate Reports.
