Applied Business Process Reengineering concepts, techniques, analysis, and decision tools to promote and assist in implementing changes in manufacturing, engineering and service operations. Assisted in research, design, development and improvement of processes by enhancing schedule performance, lowering cost, and improving quality. Ensured the successful implementation of projects through auditing and utilizing the application of Six Sigma and other Lean Methodologies.
