Daily Duties at Fmc Blending & Transfer:

Supervised and coordinated projects of up to $25M from the conceptual phase to the design phase as well as the installation of facilities dealing with lube oil blending and chemical/petroleum specialty product manufacturing and gasoline/diesel/fuel oil blending. Executed project management responsibilities such as preparation of Client Proposals, all client communication, project schedule/cost control, interdisciplinary coordination and man-hours, Work Plans, and final reports, monitoring all project drawings (Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), General Arrangements (GA), Construction Drawings, etc.), preparation of Operating and Installation/Maintenance Manuals, and performing of on-site Checkout and Startup services upon completion of construction for Lube Oil Blending Facilities. Projects included a $25M EPCM turn-key specialty chemicals project that encompassed Conceptual Design through Detail Design, equipment /piping/wiring / controls / building installation, full site Construction management, checkout, startup and training activities.
