Daily Duties at Boy Scouts Of America:

Hired by the Council Executive Board to direct and manage the daily operations of the Council. Included volunteer recruitment , staff development , fundraising , planning , budget development , cost controls, marketing ,capital and planned giving development. Responsible for : setting goals and objectives and evaluations of all staff, work with Board, met with Donors , cultivated new donors, all HR issues, accounts payable and controlling costs/expenses, audit committee , prepare for committee meetings, oversaw council insurance programs, automobile program, insure council met all BSA, state and federal standards, handle all media relations. Anything else that was needed.
