•Adhered to current USP 797 and OHSA practice standards for the preparation of sterile compounding of IV’s, chemo therapy agents and other for compounding. •Computerized compounding system, weigh and record the chemicals included in the formula and then combine the chemicals into the appropriate dosage form as requested by the prescription. •Documented and evaluated laboratory Quality Assurance & Quality Control criteria. •Calibration and proper documentation of scales, medical devices and electronic meters for accuracy weight.
