Supervise all activities for 8 member MRI Dept; interviewing, performing annual reviews on employees, arranging educational opportunities for technologists,monthly dept meetings, dept budget ,optimizing scanning protocols with radiologists, obtaining ACR accreditation on new GE 1.5T magnet; providing excellent patient care for in-patients as well as out-patients; handling patient/family issues when necessary
