Daily Duties at Global Industrial Marketplace:

• Overall, act as key liaison with approved Marketplace sellers to guide them, assist them, and optimize their Marketplace presence and performance. • Train & on-board new Marketplace sellers through kick-off meetings, account setup, listing creation, ordering, and payments. o Monitor and track on-boarding status of MP sellers with the goal to drive movement of new sellers efficiently and effectively through account setup, listings, optimization, etc. o Set up sellers appropriately in Profitability Center Software and MP integration (tax setup, commission rates, etc.) • Work with content team after kick-off to facilitate sellers getting listings live. o Liaison with Product Managers to get appropriate products templates for sellers o Work with sellers to get listings in appropriate form o Review, Approve, trouble shoot, conduct QC and optimize skus / presentation • Provide Seller support for Marketplace. o Work with customer service teams to help resolve any CS issues (shipping, incorrect billing, etc.) o Report and work with development team to resolve bugs and enhancements. o Work with sellers to troubleshoot and resolve. • Work with Email Marketing and Web Marketing teams to promote sellers through on-site and off promotions • Assist with Promotion of new sellers. o Monitors sales of each seller to help optimize sales o Work with product managers to secure opportunities to actively promote Marketplace sellers & products
