Daily Duties at Global View Capitol:
As a IAR vetaran of the local office, I help train new hires to Review families finances, and make changes to the investment strategies as needed. I maintain contact with my clients quarterly, and make adjustments to their strategies if needed. I attend weekly meetings with other local IAR's to plan office activities, and plan for educational seminars. I stay current with compliance related issues by attending weekly webinars sponsored by providers, and annual continuing education. I work on a team basis. If I feel that a client will be best served by bringing another IAR to help with the client, I will bring him/her, and split the business, because that is what is best for the client. This also makes for a better office environment, which allows everyone to make more money, and to be more client oriented by nature. It is also best for the client, because they know that we are really concerned about them. My main focus is for the clients financial well being. I will not force life insurance to a client that is beyond their financial ability so I can make more commission. I will work with them to plan their financial future, not mine.
