Daily Duties at Rockland Industries Inc:
Supervising over 67 employees ensuring that their day to day productions is done properly and accurately. • Ensure that their payroll is done on a weekly basis and correct all necessary errors that may occur. • Give positive or negative evaluation about employees to enhance their developmental growth in the company. • Do disciplinary measures as to those employees who violates the company policies which will lead to a Verbal, Written, Three days suspension and Termination at the end • Ensure that the daily production is done accurately and close all work orders in a properly manner with no overages or shortages • Directly supervising two other supervisors and a lead person to ensure that they meet their daily production requirements and follow all necessary rules and regulations that the company needs. • Keep a proper accountability of all goods needed to ensure the daily production runs and a proper inventory of goods in the department. • Work with customer service associates, production planners and Master scheduler to meet the smooth process flow of goods throughout the plan
