Daily Duties at Allstate Insurance Company:
Enterprise SOA Architects are responsible for implementing SOA strategies for the Enterprise. Successfully understanding the overall application architecture and ensuring that the business and IT are in alignment. Enterprise SOA Architects interact with business leadership and technical leadership to build a holistic-view of the organization's data strategy, integration architectures as well as knowledge of information assets. Operates across organizational and technical silos to drive common approaches and expose information assets and process across the enterprise. Had a profound effect on the Enterprise by establishing a standardized method for communicating data between business units and external organizations. This work contributed to the Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence initiatives.
