Daily Duties at Cricket Communications:
Promoted to SVP, Customer Experience and Customer Operations to transform Cricket into a customer centric organization. To improve the overall customer experience from point of sale and account activation to customer service to retention resulting in increased customer lifetime value. Responsible for 165+ direct reports within my organization not including the 3000+ customer service representatives across 7 call centers located internationally. Responsible for operating budgets in excess of $250M and an e-commerce P&L of $500M Departments that reported into me: web/Telesales, customer operations (web, care and field), customer care, business readiness and forecasting and analytics. Throughout my career at Cricket I had the lowest attrition rates of any SVP in the company and the highest employee satisfaction metrics for 4 of the 5 years I was managing at Cricket. Created career pathing for my direct reports and mandated that cascaded down at every level within my organization. Created a culture of openness, communications, and fairness.
