Daily Duties at Mitsubishi Nuclear Energy Systems, Inc (Mnes):
Single point accountability for deployment of the $7B project for MNES as the Prime Contractor. Still currently employed with MNES. Provided overall leadership for the US-APWR Project at North Anna Unit 3, near Richmond, VA, including: Licensing and permitting of the plant and site Engineering Procurement and Construction of the plant with the highest degree of safety and quality, on schedule and budget. EPC contract interpretation and administration, including interface with the Owner and all subcontractors Integrate the performance of all subcontractors, including international equipment providers to achieve on-time performance. Developed Project Execution Plans, specifically considering the integration of engineering, procurement, construction, startup and turnover activities Direct, coordinate and manage all activities of project site and home office, ensuring schedule adherence and metrics are accurately reported from subcontractors and to the Owner. Single point accountability as Prime Contract Project Director Project execution strategy, including the integration of multiple world wide providers of technology and equipment. Developed a high performance prime contract leadership team
