Daily Duties at Arizona Department Of Health Services:
Provided face to face interaction with client including one to one and redirection, provided group activities, encourage client participated in hospital groups activities. Help and teach clients to improve ADL/Hygiene to comply with medication. Provided encouragement ,education, prompts and redirect client when need it. Provided census and wellness checks to ensure patient safety trough ongoing monitoring. During the shift staff looks for items that can be dangerous to client or to others by safety risk assessments. Discuss case for impatient treatment plan and discharge plan. Performed vital sign for client as need it.
