- Developed the FBI’s financial billing system for criminal background Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests, including a data warehouse for the Integrated Automated Fingerprint Identification System (IAFIS) background and fingerprint scanning data - Led the development of the IAFIS data warehouse including the database level Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) algorithms and the Graphical User Interface front end - Managed the system lifecycle development procedures and documentation for the IAFIS data warehouse - Decision maker on the FBI’s Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) Technology Review Board making recommendations for system improvements and identifying the priority of requested changes
