Instrumental in creating presentation for the IPO kick off meeting with the Investment bankers. Liaised closely with all the external agencies for smooth operation  Corporate Gifts: Identify and appoint vendors by adopting the three-supplier policy for obtaining quotes and seek approvals from the purchase department for outsourcing assignments  Design corporate posters, prints and hoardings with varied corporate themes for internal campaigns  Launches & Exhibitions: Participate in exhibitions to meet long-term objectives and to create brand presence and visibility  Effectively handle exhibition collaterals with the marketing unit and in line with the corporate guidelines, within the allocated budget
